Tickets go on sale nightly at our ticket box office trailer, only on open show days, at 7:00 pm. Tickets are sold on Fridays, Saturdays, and Halloween Night until 11:00 pm.

Sundays and Thursdays, tickets are sold until 10:00 pm.

The haunted house shuts down its SHOW OPERATIONS after ALL of the Ticketed Customers have gone thru the event, AFTER the ticket box office has closed for that night.  This is usually around one hour after the box office closes, but can take longer due to the size of the crowd.

IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT YOUR VIP TICKETS ON LINE or discounted General Admission Tickets at COSTCO, YOU MUST BE ON SITE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE BOX OFFICE CLOSES FOR THE EVENING OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER.  DO NOT STOP AT THE BOX OFFICE TRAILER WITH YOUR TICKETS-GO STRAIGHT TO THE BACK AND ENTER THE LINE THAT SAYS EITHER VIP OR GENERAL ADMISSION.

We SOMETIMES stay open LATER than scheduled operating hours IF THE EVENT IS VERY BUSY.  THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY CHANGE NIGHTLY WITH OR WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

In the event of rain, The House of Shock will stay open as long as it is safe to operate the event.  The outside activities, such as bands, stage show and other outside performers will be suspended for rain depending on the actual weather conditions.  HOWEVER, THE INSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE WILL REMAIN OPEN until NORMAL CLOSING HOURS. PLEASE CHECK OUR OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA FOR IMMEDIATE, UP TO THE MINUTE UPDATES.

The House of Shock is open every Friday and Saturday from September 30th through October 28th, as well as Sunday, October 22nd, Thursday, October 26th, Sunday October 29th, Monday October 30th and Halloween night, Tuesday, October 31st. (14 nights in all)
